Refund policy
El Jefe Western Wear will gladly accept your returns for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within 20 days of purchase arrival. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).
We do NOT offer refunds, but instead we offer store credit or exchangefor an item of the same value as the one originally purchased.
Boots may be exchanged or store credit only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. (When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.)
- Hats may be exchanged or store credit if they are in as-new condition.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing an item at eljefewesternwear.com (item was shipped, and arrived to you).
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to and from when returning and exchanging.
- Our policy lasts 20 days after the arrival day of the items.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
El Jefe western wear strongly recommends that all return shipment labels be purchased through us, so that you can take advantage of our shipment tracking system. We offer a $14.99 flat rate on all returns and exchanges. Please email our customer service team with proof of purchase on the label through us. We cannot assist you with lost return shipments through transit.
You must include the note with your order letting us know the reason with your return. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip, email order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order inside the package.
- Bodysuits, Jewelry or Accessories are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
- If there is an additional amount owed, your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped.
- Once your order arrives we will contact you to finish the process. *In the event of weather conditions delaying any orders El Jefe western wear will not be responsible and will not offer refunds but instead offer store credit for future purchases.
- PLEASE BE ADVISED: Items that are stretched out by us are considered a final sale and are not returnable, or eligible for an exchange.
- All Jewelry is Final Sale.

However, we are dedicated to offering one of the largest selections of western wear products, so we add products to our site every day. CAN MY ORDER BE CANCELED?
Once an order is received it may not be canceled. El Jefe Western Wear may offer a return or store credit in exchange of the total amount paid at checkout, not including shipping.
